We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the product you received is not what you ordered.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size changes or buyer’s remorse, as all of our items are made to order specifically for you.

How to Request a Return

  2. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
